Nash Policies

 

  • We ask that you allow 24 hours for all bookings. If you require a ride same day, please call or text 615-266-4273 for immediate attention.
  • We accept cash and all major credit cards at time of ride. Nash Rides also offers Invoicing. If you desire a cash receipt, please notify your driver and a receipt will be emailed or text to you.
  • Client agrees to pay $250 Damage Fee for any damage incurred to the vehicle during the ride, including but not limited to vomiting, burns, spills, broken glass, seat tears, etc. Damage Fees will be assessed to rider credit card. If card is not on file client agrees to pay within 5 business days.
  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made 24 hours before a scheduled ride. If you fail to give 24 hours notice or miss your ride, you will be charged the full ride fee.
  • If rider does not show within 15 minutes of prearranged time, the driver can decide whether to terminate the ride and the full ride fee will be charged.
  • Nash Rides is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown during a ride or the inability to complete a ride due to inclement weather, natural disaster or an act of God. In the unfortunate event that a ride cannot be completed, Nash Rides offers 10% off your next ride.
  • Nash Rides has a no drugs policy. Should there be any discovery of drugs, rider accepts all responsibility including but not limited to, any and all fees or legal action.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited.
  • Nash Rides drivers may terminate any ride at his or her discretion. No refunds available.
  • Nash Rides is not liable for any articles left in vehicles.
